KEC International Ltd has secured new orders of Rs. 1,108 crores across its various businesses, the RPG Group company said in a release.
The Power T&D business has secured orders for transmission and cabling projects in India, Middle East and Africa. The orders include a 400kV transmission line order in India, from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, a 132kV domestic underground cabling order from a state utility, a 200kV transmission line and tower supply orders in the Middle East, and a 330kV transmission line order in Africa.
The Middle East orders will be executed by KEC International’s UAE subsidiary, the company said.
The Railways business has landed orders that include overhead electrification (OHE) for a metro rail project. The order entails overhead electrification (OHE), auxiliary power supply, SCADA system and associated works.
The business also clinched an order to be executed in consortium. The mandate involves train collision avoidance system (TCAS) and signaling and telecommunication works of the TCAS. The order is part of the Indian Railways’ “Kavach” project.

The Railways business also landed a composite order for doubling of tracks and associated civil works.
The Oil & Gas pipeline business has secured an order for laying of cross-country pipeline and associated works in India.
