A wholly-owned subsidiary of Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has received three smart metering orders, aggregating over Rs.3,500 crore.
In a stock exchange notification, Genus Power said that its (unnamed) wholly-owned subsidiary has received three letters of award worth Rs. 3,608.52 crore (net of taxes) for appointment of advanced metering infrastructure service providers (AMISPs) including design of advance metering infrastructure (AMI) system with supply, installation and commissioning with facility management services (FMS) of about 4.26 million smart prepaid meters, system meters including DT Meters with corresponding energy accounting on DBFOOT basis.
Genus Power has manufacturing plants across Jaipur (Rajasthan), Haridwar (Uttarakhand) and Guwahati (Assam) with a total installed capacity of over 10 million meters per year.
