With new order inflows across its various business, the year-to-date (YTD) order inflow position of KEC International has exceeded Rs.14,000 crore, a company statement said.
The statement said that KEC International has landed new orders worth Rs.1,112 crore across its various businesses, taking its cumulative order inflow in FY22 so far (from April 1, 2021 till date) to over Rs.14,000 crore.
The power T&D business has clinched overseas mandates in CIS countries, Middle East and Americas. The civil business has secured orders for infra works in the water pipeline and urban infra segments in India, while the cables business has secured orders for various types of cables to be supplied in India and overseas.
According to Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd, “We are pleased with the continuous order inflows, especially in International T&D and Civil businesses. The order in CIS has reinforced our presence in that region and further enhanced our International T&D order book. Our Civil business continues to strengthen its presence in the growing segments of Water Pipelines and Urban Infra. With the above orders, our current year order inflows have exceeded Rs. 14,000 crores, a robust growth of over two times vis-à-vis last year. These orders along with the orders announced earlier during the year, reaffirm our confidence in achieving the targeted growth going forward.”
