Without specifying the value of the order, the stock exchange filing said that the order was placed by an unnamed entity that is among India’s leading solar manufacturing company.

The order relates to engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of a 33-mw solar power plant. The order, to be executed by KPIG Energia Pvt Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPI Green Energy Ltd), also includes a 25-year O&M contract and land-lease agreement.

The project shall be commissioned in 2023 in various tranches as envisaged in the terms of the order, the filing said.
