LAPP Group has launched a new product — the TRONIC single core trolley S12. It can be used to store, transport and process 12 to 18 single core coils.
As a major benefit of TRONIC, the workplace is always tidy, the travel distances are shorter, and the horizontal draw-off means that the single cores can be unwound safely without any twists and are also easier to re-assemble.
Even heavy cable drums can be transported quickly using the mobile SpinOff. By moving the trolley, the cable is unwound directly from the cable drum and simply cut to length. Handling is particularly user-friendly. This makes it easy to replace the short support cylinder for large cable drums with the enclosed support cylinder for small cable drums. The empty SpinOff can be folded up and stowed away to save space.
New drum trolley
And there is the new drum trolley for when things get bigger and bulkier in the production hall. It is suitable for transporting and storing up to 8 cable drums in sizes L040-L050 and offers the following advantages:
- The travel distances are shorter
- The cables are cut to length considerably more easily thanks to the breakable reel axles
- The workplace is tidier, clearer and therefore safer
- The drum trolley can be easily pulled and guided using a tie rod.
- There is also an optional additional holder for four other drums.
