Skipper Ltd has announced the winning of new orders in the domestic and international markets.
In a release, Skipper said that it has won new mandates worth Rs.588 crore that includes Rs.468 crore worth of orders from the domestic power T&D market – from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) and other customers. The international orders, worth Rs.120 crore, also related to power T&D.
These orders have taken Skipper’s cumulative order inflows in FY24 so far to Rs.1,803 crore, nearly trebling from the comparable position in FY24.
Momentum to continue
Commenting on the new order wins, Sharan Bansal, Director Skipper Ltd, said, “We are pleased with the new order inflows of Rs.588 crore from domestic and international T&D markets. The consistent order inflows in the T&D business have led to a total order in-flow of YTD (year-to-date) Rs.1,803 crore, registering an impressive ~200 per cent growth over last year till date. We expect the momentum to continue in T&D ordering in both domestic and international markets with some more wins in the new future.”
