Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd has been adjudged winner under three categories at the Annual National HR Circle Competition- 2020 organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). In a release, Tata Power-DDL said that it has been announced as a winner under two categories – “Business Continuity w.r.t People Management amidst COVID Situation”; and ‘Employee Relations & Employee Engagement’. The power distribution utility that caters to a population of 7 million in north Delhi was also named runner-up in the “Innovation Leadership during Crisis” category.
The CII-National HR Excellence Award is among the most prestigious awards in the HR fraternity.
CII-National HR Excellence Award is one of the most prestigious awards in the HR fraternity. The National HR Circle Competition was held from 29th July to 31st July 2020 wherein the competitions at every level involved extensive presentations by teams from across the nation on diverse HR related themes. Conceptualized with the purpose of recognizing and supporting industries in their aspirations to imbibe world class HR practices at their organization, the convention provides HR professionals an excellent platform for interaction and sharing of best practices, ideas & innovation.
